Ingredients
- 4 to 6 baking potato
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bake or microwave baking potatoes until they are about three-quarters of the way done.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters.
- Marinate in Italian dressing for 1 hour.
- Roll quartered potatoes in Parmesan cheese and grill over indirect heat for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Hi Pat. Yes, you can bake them! I’d preheat oven to 375 and bake 25 to 40 minutes or until golden. Foil lie and spray your baking sheet too! Thanks! -Amy
