Breakfast Parfait in a Jar
- 6 to 8 ounces any flavor of yogurt
- 1 cup fresh fruit (like berries, bananas, peaches, etc)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 mint sprig - optional
- 1 clean mason jar
- Layer granola, fresh fruit, and yogurt in a jar.
- Top with a little fresh fruit and a mint sprig.
Great with my Overnight Granola Recipe! You can make these ahead and keep them in the fridge for a quick breakfast on the run. If you want to the granola to stay crunchy put it only on the top instead of layering.
