Place mixture into a 9″x 13″ pan that’s been sprayed with cooking spray and form into a large loaf. Spread remaining ketchup over meatloaf. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. Top with French fried onions. Bake another10 to 20 minutes.
