2 to 3 grilled boneless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
1 small head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 box (5 ounces) spring mix lettuce
3 cups assorted fresh berries (sliced strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
1/4 to 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Berry Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
Arrange lettuce on one large platter or individual plates. Top with sliced chicken, berries, cheese, and almonds. Serve the Berry Poppy Seed Vinaigrette dressing on the side.
