This is what we woke up to for breakfast on the first day of vacation. This and sunshine, cruise ships passing before us, the sounds of waves crashing, and 80 degree weather. Not too bad! It’s been about 5 years since we’ve taken a real vacation. Why did we wait so long? The fruit is the best I’ve ever tasted. The kids devoured the chocolate chip pancakes. They said they were “The Best Ever!” Guess I need to get the recipe. Actually I think the secret ingredient is the fact that I didn’t have to make it! We all really needed a vacation! So, where are we? Take a few guesses? Don’t worry, I’ll let you know soon!
