The weather is perfect this time of year! Sunny and warm everyday but not too hot!

Puerto Vallarta is one of my favorite cities in Mexico! It has it all! History, charm, breathtaking scenery, beautiful beaches, and an incredible food scene! Our resort is AMAZING!

This isn’t your usual trip to Mexico! It’s first class all the way! We’ll be staying at the most wonderful small boutique resort with just 80 rooms, all with a beautiful ocean front view. It’s was voted one of THE BEST resorts in Mexico!! We’re right on the beach and not far from town but it’s VERY quiet and VERY relaxing!

This trip is a GREAT value because ALL of your meals at the resort, fine wines, beer, and even top-shelf cocktails and made from scratch drinks will be included. This trip is really special!

Like all my trips, this trip will be different and a cut above the rest! Here’s why. I’m not a fan of huge all-inclusive resorts. The kind where you can never find a seat by the pool and they serve watered-down drinks in plastic cups, not to mention bad food. No thanks!

I much prefer smaller boutique resorts where they are all about service. After a few days, they even know your name and your drink order. That’s my kind of place, and I found it! It’s Adults only.

The staff IS AMAZING! They welcome us back every year with big hugs and a tray full of scratch made cocktails!

You’ll fly out Sunday Jan17th, 2027 and spend seven days at our charming luxury beachfront resort. It was just voted one of THE BEST resorts in Mexico! I agree!

It’s right on the beach, with 2 gorgeous pools overlooking the ocean. That’s where you’ll find me! All the rooms have a balcony with an ocean view! They are so pretty!

Now, let’s talk about the food at the resort. We won’t be lining up for your standard all-inclusive buffets at our resort. Instead we’ll be treated to gourmet cuisine repaired by amazing chefs using local fresh ingredients! This is just some of the food at the resort we got to enjoy on the trip. It’s INCREDIBLE! Get out your camera. It’s so pretty you’ll want to take pictures of it.

These pictures of the food are ALL taken by me from our resort! Almost too pretty to eat! All fresh and so delicious! Even room service is included so you can enjoy coffee and breakfast in bed or on or on your balcony! Every room has a beautiful balcony with a view!

What I also love about this resort is that it’s only a 15 minute walk to town. We can go explore the local scene. I’m all about that! In fact you’ll have the option to join me for some serious eating around the city! We’ll join local experts and foodies who will take us off the beaten path in search of the city’s best! We’ll scour the city for the very best tacos, Mexican street corn, churros and more!

If you’re a seafood lover like me, Puerto Vallarta has some of the best!

We’ll also go in search of some seriously good tequila and Mexican cocktails too. This is gonna be fun!

You can even take a day cooking class with a wonderful local woman who will show us how to make authentic delicious Mexican food with her family recipes.

We’ll go to a huge local farmers market to shop for the ingredients. Then, we’ll go to her gorgeous home with a huge outdoor kitchen to cook a fabulous meal like make tamales, guacamole, shrimp tacos, and more!

While we are in Mexico it will be whale watching season! I rent a private yacht. You have the option to join me for whale watching! We’ll see so much beauty from the water. We’ll get see lots of whales and dolphins too. Well enjoy a freshly cooked lunch and cocktails on our private boat ride! It will be something you’ll never forget!

My trips are stress-free and easy breezy. Meaning, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We’ll all be in the pool or on the beach sipping margaritas before you know it! You can do as much or as little as you want on this trip! It’s totally up to you! There will be optional add on activities almost every day or you can just chill out and relax at our resort.
