It’s the best time of year to visit! There are no big summer crowds, the flowers are starting to bloom and Irish green is everywhere!

My trips are different and a cut above the rest. They aren’t “cookie-cutter” trips. I plan every little detail to make my trips the very best!

We always stay in wonderful hotels. On this trip, we’ll even be spending two nights in an 18th century castle!

The Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate is one of the most beautiful and elegant 5 star hotels in Ireland! If you are a golfer you’ll have the opportunity to golf there!

We’ll also enjoy a several course gourmet dinner at this breathtaking resort!

Speaking of food, this is a culinary trip which means besides seeing all the beauty of Ireland, we’ll also eat our way around this great country. From fancy gourmet dinners to Irish pubs with the best Guinness stew and seafood chowder, we’ll eat it all!

We’ll start our trip in Dublin! It’s such a fun city! We’ll visit the best Irish pubs to hear great live music!

We’ll kick off the trip with a really fun welcome! We’ll visit one of the top pubs in Ireland for a delicious Irish dinner and a show!

We’ll listen to the best Irish music and enjoy Irish dancing! too It’s amazing!

You’ll have the opportunity to fly to Dublin for early. You can depart the U.S. on April 3, arriving on April 4, so you can see and do even more! I highly recommend joining us for the Dublin pre-trip add on extension!

Dublin is filled with so much fun and delicious food! If you join me two days early you can go on an optional Dublin food walking tour! We’ll learn about this incredible thriving city through its food scene! We’ll go in search of Dublin’s best Irish coffee, toasty sandwiches, the most amazing homemade ice cream, and so much more! It’s one of the many highlights of this trip!

You’ll also have the opportunity to join me for an optional Irish cooking class in a castle! It’s the best ever!

The several course modern Irish dinner we will learn to cook is amazing! This is a night you’ll never forget!

On this trip we’ll be enjoying plenty of Irish beer! We couldn’t go to Ireland without having a pint or two of Guinness. We’ll take a tour of Guinness to experience the history, heart, and soul of Ireland’s most famous beer.

Let’s not forget Irish Whiskey! After a some fun days in Dublin, we’ll head to Cork to tour the real Jameson Middleton Distillery. We’ll get to sample lots of Jameson Whiskey and see the world’s largest pot still.

After Middleton, we’ll continue to head south to explore beautiful Southern Ireland! It’s stunning!

We’ll visit Blarney Castle and you can even kiss the Blarney Stone! We’ll also shop at Blarney Woolen Mills for the most beautiful Irish sweaters and more!

On the trip we’ll stay two nights in the magical town of Kinsale. I love this waterfront town! You will too!

Our boutique hotel in Kinsale is so charming! It’s right across from the water and an easy walk to pubs and quaint Irish shops!

Kinsale is the foodie capitol of Ireland! The seafood chowder and fish ‘n chips at the pubs is the best!

Next, from Kinsale we’ll visit the Dingle Peninsula. It’s stunning!

We’ll explore the gorgeous scenery and we’ll spend time in the cutest down of Dingle! It’s one of Ireland’s most charming towns. They have the best shops and a very famous Irish jewelry store!

We’ll even spend the night in Dingle! We’ll check it to a beautiful luxury spa resort in Dingle for a wonderful night! We’ll wake up to a delicious breakfast!

On this trip the breakfast is included every morning! Many are cooked to order and they are so delicious! What a treat to wake up to!

After Dingle, we’re headed to visit the Cliffs of Moher. They are so gorgeous!

Next, it’s on to Galway! We’ll check into our beautiful Glenlo Abbey Castle Hotel and Estate. You are never going to want to leave this elegant resort. It’s filled with old world charm. After we check into our beautiful hotel rooms in the castle, we’ll be treated to delicious several course gourmet dinner with wine in their private dining room!

Our resort is not far from the city of Galway. It’s such a fun town. We’ll have lots of free time here to shop and explore.

You can also play golf at our resort! How fun to play golf in Ireland!

After our two amazing nights at our castle resort outside of Galway, we’ll return to Dublin.

On our way back, we’ll stop at Sean’s Bar, the oldest pub in Ireland, for a pint or real Irish coffee. So yummy!

When we get back to Dublin, we’ll check into our hotel and we’ll have one last night of fun in Dublin before flying home. We’ll have a delicious included farewell dinner on our last night!

After Dublin you can fly with me to stay for 4 amazing nights at a 5 star gorgeous hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland. Scotland is gorgeous! We’ll take a wonderful walking history tour of this beautiful city!

We’ll also kick things off with a tour and tasting of Scotch whisky at Johnnie Walker!

Plus, you’ll have the option of spending a full day in the Scottish highlands! They are incredible! We’ll see the stunning Blair Castle, waterfalls, the cutest hairy coos, and so much more! We’ll also enjoy a delicious lunch and visit a small distillery for a tour and whiskey tasting.

In Edinburgh you’ll also have the opportunity to make the cutest handbags out of beautiful Scottish tweeds. It’s so fun!
