My trips are different and a cut above the rest. They aren’t “cookie-cutter” trips. I plan every little detail to make my trips the very best! We always stay in wonderful hotels. On this trip, we’ll even be spending our first two nights in a castle!

Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel

This is a culinary trip which means besides seeing all the beauty of Ireland, we’ll also eat our way around this great country. If you like to bake, on this trip, you’ll have the opportunity to put an apron on and learn how to make real Irish scones. They are amazing!

We’ll be enjoying plenty of Irish beer and Whiskey too! We couldn’t go to Ireland without having a pint or two of Guinness. We’ll get the royal treatment with a morning tour of Guinness to experience the history, heart, and soul of Ireland’s most famous beer. We’ll also be touring and having a beer tasting and lunch at a smaller craft brewery in Killarney, Ireland.

I’ve planned three different food tours in three different areas of Ireland. We’ll kick off the trip getting to learn all about Dublin with local foodies. We’ll take a walking food and city tour stopping to sample some of the best food in Dublin. We may even have a pint or two along the way.

Another day, we’ll go on a craft beer and seafood tour in a quaint fishing village just outside of Dublin. We’ll go in search of the best chowder in Ireland, fish and chips, and so much more!

Later in the week, we’ll go on a tour of the Ring of Kerry. We’ll get to visit an oyster and mussel farm and a salmon smokery. We’ll even talk to local lobster fishermen and enjoy a fantastic locally-sourced lunch! I can’t wait!

Let’s not forget Irish Whiskey tasting! We’ll head to Cork to tour the Jameson Middleton Distillery. We’ll get to sample lots of Jameson Whiskey and see the world’s largest pot still. We’ll also visit the Teeling Whiskey Distillery. This is small batch Irish Whiskey, and they do things a little differently. I can’t wait to try it!

Of course, we’ll see all the best sights in Ireland, like a city tour of Dublin, and a tour of Trinity College and the Book of Kells. We’ll get to hang out at local pubs in the fun Temple Bar area of Dublin. I’ve even planned a night of music, food, and Irish dancing at one of Dublin’s best!

From Dublin, we’ll go south for a tour of southern Ireland. We’ll visit the Rock of Cashel, one of Ireland’s most spectacular archaeological sites. We’ll visit Killarney. Blarney Castle, and yes, you can kiss the Blarney Stone!

We’ll take a step back in time and enjoy an Irish tradition with a jaunting carriage ride through the beautiful Killarney National Park. This is going to be so much fun!

If you like Irish music and dance in Killarney, you’ll have the opportunity to see Celtic Steps. This is an award-winning show with the very some of the best Irish dancers in the world! What fun!

We’ll also visit the Ring of Kerry and tour the most spectacular Kerry Cliffs!

Next, we’ll head to the gorgeous Dingle Peninsula on the southwest Atlantic coast. We’ll get to take in the rugged coastline. We’ll stop in Dingle to shop and explore one of Ireland’s most quant and charming towns.

I’m so excited to go back to visit the Cliffs of Moher. They are so gorgeous! It was one of the highlights on my last group!

I LOVE the city of Galway. It’s such a fun and charming town. On this trip, I ensured we had plenty of free time to shop and explore. On Saturday, there’s a fantastic farmer’s market filled with fresh produce, food, and the most beautiful flowers. You’ll also have the opportunity to play golf in Galway!

After our two fun-filled days in Galway, we’ll return to Dublin. On our way back, we’ll stop at Sean’s Bar, the oldest pub in Ireland! I added an extra night so we could have one last day and one last night of fun in Dublin before flying home. We’ll have a delicious farewell dinner and go out for one more light of live Irish music.

This trip to Ireland is not only going to be AMAZING, but it’s also a great value too! All breakfasts and dinners with wine or beer on this trip are included. All the food tours and some lunches are included too! It really is going to be the trip of a lifetime. Join me!
