round loaf sourdough or rye bread

mayonnaise

blocks (8 ounces each)
cream cheese
softened

sour cream
1/2
pound
corned beef
chopped

teaspoons
hot sauce

shredded Swiss cheese

cups
sauerkraut
drained well

cup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut out top of bread and hollow out to create a bowl.
Reserve removed bread and cut into chunks for for dipping.
Place cream cheese in a large bowl. Use an electric mixer and beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in mayonnaise and sour cream and mix until smooth.
Stir in hot sauce, Swiss cheese, corned beef, kraut and half or green onions.
Spoon dip into the to hollowed out brea. Wrap bread in a large piece of foil, leaving to top of dip exposed.
Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 35 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.
Top with green onions before serving .
Serve dip warm with reserved and extra bread cubes, rye snack crisps or crackers for dipping.
