mayonnaise

sour cream

Parmesan cheese

can (15 ounces)
quartered artichoke hearts
drained and chopped
1/2
lemon
juiced
1/2
clove
garlic
minced

small (5 to 6 ounces) can
crab meat
drained well
1
tbsp
chopped red pepper
optional

tbsp
fresh chopped parsley
optional
Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Fold in crab.
Spoon into a small to medium baking dish or pie plate.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15-25 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
Top with red pepper and parsley before serving.
Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread slices, tortilla, or pita chips.
Notes
This can be made 2 days ahead and refrigerated before baking. Got a bigger crowd? Double the recipe and bake in a bigger casserole dish.
