(6.5 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts
drained and chopped
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
cup
mayonnaise

French baguette
cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix marinated artichoke hearts, cheese, and mayonnaise.
Top French baguette slices with a little artichoke heart mixture.
Arrange slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Bake 7 to 15 minutes or until they are bubbly and lightly browned.
Serve warm out of the oven.
Notes
The spread can be made and refrigerated up to 4 days ahead. Then spread on the sliced bread and bake when you are ready.
