shredded or a 1 pound bag coleslaw mix

diced apple

mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar

toasted pecans

finely diced or thinly sliced

chopped Italian parsley
Instructions
In a big bowl, whisk together the sugar and vinegar.
Next, whisk in the mayonnaise and a little salt and pepper.
Toss in the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate at least a few hours before serving.
Notes
You can also use 1 to 2 bags slaw mix instead of a whole cabbage.
