Instructions
Cut squash in half. Scoop out inside and discard seeds.
Place water in bottom of a microwave-safe dish. Place squash cut side down in dish.
Microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes or until just tender.
Turn squash cut side up.
Sprinkle each with a little salt. Fill centers of squash with brown sugar and butter.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until heated through.
