frozen Italian meatballs
thawed

refrigerated biscuits (1 tube)

marinara or spaghetti sauce (2 jars)

shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray a 3 quart casserole dish, a big oven proof skillet or a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Separate dough into biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 to 8 pieces.
Place biscuit dough into the baking dish.
Pour 1 jar spaghetti sauce over top of dough. Toss to coat pieces of dough. Place meatballs on top.
Pour the other jar of sauce over the meatballs.
Bake for about 20 - 25 minutes or until edges start to get golden brown and biscuit pieces are no longer doughy.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle basil or parsley on top if you like before serving.
