freshly squeezed lime juice

freshly chopped cilantro

Salt and pepper

raw shrimp
peeled
Lime wedges
Instructions
Whisk together the first five ingredients.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Pour marinate over shrimp and let marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Place shrimp on skewers and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turns pink.
Serve with lime wedges and salsa for dipping if you like!
Notes
Great as an appetizer or served over rice for dinner!
