Firmer bread (not the real soft stuff)

Instructions
Spread peanut butter on each slice of bread.
Peel banana and slice bananas.
Place sliced bananas to cover peanut butter on 4 slices of bread.
Drizzle a small amount of honey on each piece of bread that does not have banana on it.
Place honey drizzled piece of bread on top of a piece with bananas on it to make a sandwich.
Repeat until you have made 4 sandwiches.
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, cream, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.
Heat skillet or a griddle to medium heat.
Add butter and heat until it melts.
Dip 1 sandwich at a time into egg mixture and place into skillet.
Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes, before flipping.
Then, cook another 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.
Remove from skillet and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
Drizzle with honey.
