French baguette
cut into 1/2 inch slices

Olive oil

Brie cheese
sliced into pieces
1 to 1 1/2
cups
Cranberry chutney
or
cranberry sauce
1/4
cup
Fresh chopped Italian parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush a little olive oil on the top of each slice of baguette and place onto a large baking sheet.
Bake 5 to 10 or until they are a light golden brown.
Spread each with piece of toasted bread with some of my homemade
Cranberry Chutney
or
Cranberry Sauce
.
Top each piece with a slice of brie.
Return to the oven and bake another few minutes until brie is melted.
Serve right away with chopped parsley on top.
