Ingredients

(14 ounces) diced tomatoes with juice

(10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chiles

chopped onion

garlic

fresh jalapeño pepper
roughly chopped (more if you want it spicy)

teaspoon
honey

teaspoon
cumin

cilantro

lime juiced
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a blender.
Pulse a few times or blend for 30 seconds or until the ingredients are finely chopped. You can make it as smooth or chunky as you like.
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Keeps in the fridge for 4 to 5 days but best when eaten fresh that day!
