frozen peas, or thawed fresh peas

scallions

diced tomatoes or red peppers

eggs hard boiled eggs
chopped

shredded cheddar cheese

bacon
cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Mix together mayo and sugar and season with a little salt and pepper.
In a 13 x 9 pan or a pretty glass bowl layer chopped lettuce.
Then layer celery, peas, onions, tomatoes or red peppers and eggs.
Carefully spread mayo mixture over the top.
Top with bacon and cheese.
Cover tightly and chill for a least 4 hrs.
