Crockpot Glazed Carrots

1 bag (2 pounds) baby carrots
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Place first 5 ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir to coat carrots. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or on low 4 to 5 hours or until tender. Stir and season with a bit more salt and a pinch of pepper if needed.
