Spaghetti Carbonara

Spaghetti Carbonara

1 lb spaghetti
8 pieces bacon
4 eggs
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 – 1 cup heavy cream
1/2 – 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Cook bacon in a large skillet. Boil pasta. While pasta is boiling, combine eggs, heavy cream and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Drain the pasta and add it immediately to the skillet. Pour egg mixture into skillet and mix until pasta is coated. Serve and enjoy!
