Pretzel Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
3 cups crushed pretzels
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons of milk
2 pounds chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Place crushed pretzels in a shallow dish. Place eggs and milk in another shallow dish and mix together. Dip the chicken tenders into egg mixture. Next, dip tenders in the pretzels, coating completely. Place tenders on baking sheet. Bake chicken for 12 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Whisk together mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Serve strips warm with honey mustard for dipping.
