Pan Fried Lemon Pepper Fish

2 fish fillets (cod, haddock, tilapia, or another white flaky fish)
1 teaspoon dried dill
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 lemon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 4 thin lemon slices. Place slices in the bottom of a baking dish. Place the fish fillets on top of the lemon slices. Season each piece of fish with salt, pepper and dill and then drizzle fresh lemon juice and melted butter over the top. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until fish is white and flaky. Serve with fresh lemon slices.
