Ingredients:
1 box (15 ounces) of yellow cake mix
1 box (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a mixer to beat together the ingredients. Mix for a minute or two until until ingredients are well combined. Spray 2 bread pans or 1 bundt pan well with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into pan/pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 50 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out petty clean. Remove from the oven. Invert on to a plate, let cool and slice.
