Ingredients

Ingredients:

▢ 1 box (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
▢ 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges - un-drained
▢ 4 eggs
▢ 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Frosting:

▢ 1 large can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple - un-drained
▢ 1 large box (6 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
▢ 1 container (16 ounces) whipped topping - thawed

Instructions

Directions:

Mix together first four ingredients with an electric mixer until batter is smooth.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Let cool and frost.

Frosting Directions:

Use a mixer to mix together ingredients.
Spread all of the frosting on cooled cake.
Refrigerate cake until ready to serve.
