Ingredients:
1 box (15 ounces) devil’s food cake mix
1 box (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Buttercream Frosting (link to my recipe)
24 Ghiradelli chocolate squares
24 mini M & M’s
1 pkg. Rips Candies

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat together the first 6 ingredients together until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners. Scoop batter into muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Frost cupcakes. Top each cupcake with an unwrapped mini peanut butter cup. Use frosting to secure a chocolate square on top. Secure a mini M & M on top. Use a small strip of Rips candy to make the tassel.
