Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. thawed egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/4 c. flour
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1-1/2 T. shortening

Directions:
Beat butter at medium speed. Gradually add sugars, beating well. Add egg substitute and vanilla; beat well. Add flour; beat well. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. ~ Shape into 1″ balls; cover & freeze. ~ Place pkg. of chocolate chips & and shortening in glass bowl and  melt in microwave. Dip and coat completely. Place on wax paper to harden. Store in refrigerator.
