Breakfast Parfait in a Jar
6 to 8 ounces any flavor yogurt
1 cup fresh fruit (like berries, bananas, peaches etc)
1/2 cup granola
1 mint sprig (optional)
1 clean mason jar
Layer granola, fresh fruit, and yogurt in a jar. Top with a little fresh fruit and a mint sprig.
Great with my Overnight Granola Recipe! You can make these ahead and keep them in fridge for a quick breakfast on the run. If you want to the granola to stay crunchy put it only on the top instead of layering.
