Bacon and Egg Biscuit Bake

6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper
1 can (16.3 ounces) Grand refrigerated biscuits
8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped scallions (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl beat together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each into quarters. Gently stir biscuit pieces into egg mixture to coat evenly. Fold in bacon, cheese and onions. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Arrange biscuit pieces in single layer. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
