1 jar (5 ounces) Kraft Old English Cheese Spread
1 jar Kraft Pimento Cheese Spread
1 jar Kraft Roku Blue Cheese Spread
1 stick butter, softened
1 block cream cheese, softened
3/4 to 1 cup ground nuts (walnuts, hickory or pecans)

Put all ingredients in a large bowl and use a mixer. Beat until well combined. Spray non-stick spray on a piece of wax paper. If you like divide cheese ball mix into 2 portions. Wrap wax paper around each and place in sealed plastic bag. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to eat, take cheese ball and roll in nuts until all sides are coated. Place on serving plate. Serve surrounded with crackers.

You can freeze if wrapped well for up for up to 3 months. Let thaw in the fridge and then roll with nuts when ready to eat. For the holidays double the recipe and make a Christmas Tree Cheese Ball! After you refrigerate the cheese ball overnight coat it with chopped parsley. You can decorate the “tree” with sliced almonds or other nuts and red and or yellow peppers as ornaments. You can cut a pepper into a star shape for the top of the tree. Surround it by crackers. This makes a great centerpiece for your holiday buffets and parties!
