Chicken Salad Spread in Phylo Shells

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for top)
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt pepper to taste
2 pkg Phylo shells

Directions:
I love the Phyllo shells. They work great with Chicken Salad. Mix chicken, mayo, onion, cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Salt pepper to taste. Bake shells for 5 minutes at 350 degrees just to warm them up. Put in your Chicken Salad mixture using a teaspoon or small scoop. Sprinkle on leftover cheese and bake till cheese is melted. The edges should stay crispy.

Notes:
You can also substitute 2 cups cooked ham or 2 cans tuna for this recipe. This can also be used for sandwiches, too.
