Chicken Club Bites
1 refrigerated tube of seamless crescent roll dough
1 packet dry ranch dip mix
1 block (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 to 3 cups cooked chicken breasts, cut in small cubes
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
3 chopped scallions
Spray a jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Unroll crescent dough and press it into the pan and up sides to form crust. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 12-14 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
Use a mixer to beat together cream cheese, Ranch mix and mayo until smooth.
Spread mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle with cheese, chicken and bacon. Next top with tomatoes and finally scallions. Cut into squares and serve right away.
