Will the noodles be soft or crunchy?
Hi Audra. If you put the noodles in before serving they will stay crunchy which is how I like them. If you put them in earlier and refrigerate they will get soft. So it’s up to you. Thanks! -Amy
Under Ingredients for the receipe it says “2 tablespoons cup rice wine or white distilled vinegar”. Is it suppose to be 2 tablespoons plus one cup rice wine or??
Thank you.
Karen,
Thanks for catcing that, I fixed the typo. It should be 2 tablespoons.

Amy – I made the Chinese Chicken Wings and the Oriental Broccoli Slaw tonight. Both were very good. I have never bought ramen noodles before and I had trouble finding the “oriental” flavor…is that readily available? I used the chicken flavor and just used a small amount of the flavoring since I wasn’t sure. It was still very good – just curious.
Hi Marilyn. Yes, if you can’t find Oriental Ramen chicken or beef flavor work great too! You can use all or just a little of the seasoning packet. It’s up to you! Glad you liked it! I normally double the recipe. Great for potlucks! Thanks! -Amy
