The Ultimate Market!

The Ultimate Market!

So by now you probably know I’m a total foodie! Don’t blame me. It’s my grandmother’s fault! She introduced me to Beef stroganoff, amazing cheese, and dark chocolate very early on. That was it! I was hooked! I’ve been cooking and dreaming of my next meal ever since! And, when it comes to my daughter Ireland, well let’s just say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Yep, she’s a foodie in training! When it comes to farmer’s markets, we are so there! While in Cleveland, Ohio recently to visit family and do some recipes on TV, we had to make a stop at the West Side Market.

This place is amazing! If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven. It’s huge! Yes, there are aisles of fresh fruits and veggies but, that’s just the beginning. There’s so much more!

On our way out we struck gold! I love me some really good butter. Ireland too! Big rolls of farm fresh butter. We’ll take 2 please!

I am dreaming of it slathered on fresh corn on the cob. Note: We had a corn and shrimp boil on the beach that was amazing! The Ultimate summer dinner. Talk about cooking up some memories! Click Shrimp Boil on the Beach to see pictures and read all about it.

Hope you’ll check back soon to soon to see what other kind of trouble Ireland and I are getting into this summer. You can also follow me on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
