YIPPEE! We’re pretty excited here in Green Bay! Our Green Bay Packers are in the NFC championship game! We beat the Dallas Cowboys last Sunday. This weekend we take on the Falcons in Atlanta. It’s going to be a tough game! Bring it on! We eat, sleep and breathe FOOTBALL here! Let’s just say all of us cheeseheads in Wisconsin are PUMPED and it’s time for a playoff party!

I was lucky enough to go to a few games at Lambeau Field this season. Here’s me with my nephew Carter and his girlfriend Bailey at the Vikings game. They flew in from Phoenix. We won! What fun!

Just about everybody is sporting green and gold this week. Even our furry friends! Yep, my dog Arlo has his Packers bandana tied around his neck!

Because the game this weekend is away, most of us will be watching at home with family and friends. That means you need a delicious game day spread. I’m ready!

I like to make a few things ahead. I set everything out on my kitchen island and everybody can help themselves when they’re hungry!

One of my go-to’s for my game day parties is my Chili Cheese Dip. This is the easiest recipe EVER! Just 3 ingredients! I can make it today and bake it up right before kickoff. I serve it warm out of the oven with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops! So cheesy and yummy!

Speaking of chili, why not set up a chili bar at your game day bash!

Nothing like a big batch of my Quick Ranch Chili to warm you right up! A packet of dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing makes this chili extra special! My kids love it!

I’m a huge fan of chicken chili. My Way Too Easy White Chicken Chili is my FAVE! Easiest chili recipe EVER! You can pick up a rotisserie chicken and shred it up to make it even easier.

I might just have to make both! Both can be made a couple days ahead and warmed up in the slow cooker! LOVE THAT! Then just serve the chili with all sorts of fixin’s like shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño peppers. Then everybody can have fun dressing up their bowls too!

And hey, why not use some of that chili to make my Chili and Cheese Potato Skins too!

For dessert, how cute is my Green and Gold Trifle? No baking required! I just layer pistachio and vanilla pudding and Cool Whip with cubes of store bought angel food or pound cake. Decorate the top with whipped cream and sprinkles! So easy! Use your team’s colors and color the vanilla pudding with food coloring.

Even though we aren’t the home team, I really think we have a chance of going all the way! No matter what it should be one great game! What are you making for the game?

I hope you cook up some great game day memories! I’m always posting new, fun recipes so check back soon! And, if you have any great game day recipes, I’m always looking so please share! GO PACK!
