Making Holiday Brunch Recipes on TV

Why not do brunch? It’s one of my favorite ways to entertain! It’s cheap, easy, and you won’t have people there until 2 in the morning! LOL! Seriously, the holidays are so busy that hosting a breakfast or brunch is a great way to have guests pop over for an hour or two. Keep it simple! You don’t want to be in the kitchen the whole time flipping pancakes! I have some great recipes that are perfect! I was recently in the Twin Cities and Milwaukee making my easiest ever Orange Cream Coffee Cake. Believe it or not, it starts with 2 cans of refrigerated biscuits. Warm out of the oven, it’s just heavenly! Makes the house smell really good too! I like to serve this with my Wake Up Breakfast Casserole. Again, another easy breezy recipe that starts with frozen hash brown patties and your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage. Throw in some eggs, milk, and cheese and you’ve got the whole breakfast all in one casserole dish! Love that! Serve these two dishes with my Fruit Salad with Honey Poppy Seed Dressing and juice, coffee, and my Chai Latte’s and call it a day! That’s why I love having people over for brunch! What a great way to start the day! Don’t you agree? If you have any good brunch recipes, please share!
