Everything is Better on a Stick!

Everything is Better on a Stick!

Everything is Better on a Stick!Who needs knives and forks? This summer I’m keeping it super simple! Besides everything tastes better on a stick! Don’t you think? I was on WGN-TV This Week cooking up a ton of super fun kabobs. Why not do an all kabob summer dinner? They are perfect for parties because you can make them ahead of time. Not to mention they will totally make you look like a rock star. Okay, yes my brats and beer in a Brat Tub are really yummy but sometimes you want to do something to really “WOW” your guests. My Brat Kabobs will do it! Brats, onions and peppers on skewers served with spicy mustard for dipping. Now, we’re talking! Feeling Italian? Make my Italian Sausage Kabobs! Or, keep it healthy and delicious with my Chicken and Veggie Kabobs. They are my family’s favorite!

I like to put out a bunch of appetizers for people to nibble on before dinner. Keeps everybody happy while I’m getting dinner ready! Get the party started with my Antipasto Kabobs! Marinated tortellini, cheese, olives and salami on a stick. Make plenty. These babies will be gone before you know it.

Have you seen those cute multi-colored mini peppers at the grocery store? Stuff them with Italian sausage, garlic and cheese. Thread them on skewers and fire up the grill. Stuffed peppers on a stick! Yum! Instead of putting salad in a bowl, why not put it on a stick? Make my Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella Kabobs. It’s a caprese salad on a stick. Love it!

And, I say hey, why not keep the theme going and do dessert on a stick too. It doesn’t get easier than my Rice Krispies Treat Kabobs, Strawberry Pineapple Kabobs or Patriotic Dessert Kabobs. So roll up your sleeves and have some fun these summer! Get the kids in the kitchen to help! I’m crazy about kabobs! Bet your family will be too!
