Cooking Up Easter Memories!

Cooking Up Easter Memories!

Easter is going to be extra special for our family this year! We are so excited to have my son Riley, who’s a freshman in college home for a few days! It’s been a weird year not having him around the house! Holidays are just that much sweeter when the whole family is together! Don’t you think? This week I was on the road in Milwaukee and Minneapolis cooking up some super duper Easter recipes that will keep you out of the kitchen and with your family. That’s where I want to be! I don’t want to miss a moment!

I love dishes that I can make ahead and just throw in the oven Easter morning. My kids both love my Ham and Cheese Sandwich Brunch Bake. Those crunchy cornflakes on top make it extra special! Another favorite is my Almond Orange French Toast Casserole. It makes the house smells so good! For dinner we also do a Ham with the Best Glaze Ever! And’s it’s so easy! Serve it with my make ahead Loaded Potato Casserole, my Strawberry Pecan Salad, and for dessert my Lemon Blueberry Trifle and Easter Bunny Cupcakes for the kiddos, and you’ve got one amazing dinner that nobody will forget! Hope you have a wonderful Easter! Cook up some memories!
