Way Too Easy White Chicken Chili

White Chicken ChiliIngredients:
1 jar (48 ounces) great northern beans, drained
2 to 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced or shredded
3 to 4 cups chicken stock
1 jar (16 ounces) thick and chunky salsa
2 teaspoons cumin
Your favorite chili fixin’s

Directions:
Dump it all in a large pot. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Serve in bowls with your favorite chili fixin’s on top. Great served with my Corn Bread and Honey Butter!

    As an unreconstructed bachelor whose goal is always the least prep time but it has to be there in the taste department. Also, if the nutritional aspect should happen to follow, that’s certainly a plus. This dish more than meets all those standars It’s unbelievably easy and good, and you will not be dissappointed if you try it as I did for the football playoffs and this recipe fared better than the Packers by far!!

    This is actually a weight watchers recipe I have from years ago, except it didn’t include cumin. Sounds wonderful on a day like today!
