Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients:
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
Pinch Salt
1-2 cloves Fresh Garlic
6 oz. Roasted Red Peppers, canned
2 Scallions, chopped

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in food processor. Spoon into hollowed out fresh red pepper. Top with fresh scallions. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Serve with assorted vegetables.

    I have tried and enjoyed so many of your recipes. My husband even comments at dinner time as to “is it Amy night”?
