We’ve got a packed house! My mom and my sister’s kids just arrived in Michigan at our cottage. There’s no TV here and no WIFI either. So, what are we all doing? The simple stuff. Long walks with the dog. Delicious family dinners. Reading books and magazines. Playing games. The first night it was Yahtzee. Ireland got 2 Yahtzees! Last night we played Monopoly. Even the dog got into the game. We had a big bonfire and roasted marshmallows made s’mores. Bob and I just keep looking at each other and smiling. This is what summer is supposed to be! I hope I’m cooking up a lot of memories for the gang. Not sure what we’re doing today but check back later this week and I’ll fill you in. I hope you’re having a great week too! What are you up to?
