Notes:
It is a must you use the green peppers. It doesn’t taste as good without them. This is my kids favorite meal!

I tried your Taco Twist recipe last night with a little variation…I added whole kernel corn & sliced ripe olives to the recipe. My family gave it 2 thumbs up! The next recipe I’m going to try is the Door County Cherry Chicken Salad. I’ll have to share my mother-in-law’s Guttenburger recipe with you one of these days. It’s a family favorite in the Jahnke family!
Thanks for the great recipes & Happy Cooking!
My husband grew up on tator tot casserole and another casserole that had mashed potatoes on top. When we married he made me promise never to make those casseroles because he was so sick of them. Well, 21 years later in our marriage I broke my promise…and I made your tator tot casserole. HE LOVED IT! He said he didn’t remember it tasting that good.
Thanks Amy! Love the recipe and it won’t take 21 years for me to make it again. HA!
I have tasted Sue’s Taco Twist and it is fabulous.
Gotta love a testimonial! Every cooking mom (& dad) does, right?

Great to have you back!! Hopefully you’ll be back with new shows soon! (?) I have to ask… which meal is really your kids favorite? I hear that a lot, and perhaps it’s due to them really being well rounded as far as their tastes. Please let us know!!! =)
Glad to be back! My kids love a bunch of different things. Tator Tot Casserole and Baked Ravioli are right up there! For dessert my Oreo Torte.
