1 lb. sliced boneless chicken breasts
1 cup jasmine or white rice, cooked to yield 3 cups
3 bell peppers, cubed (red, yellow and green)
1 bottle Kikkoman sweet and sour sauce
1 small can pineapple tidbits
3 green onions, sliced
Crunchy Chinese noodles, for garnish
Cook rice according to package instructions and while it steams, make stir fry.
Add oil to wok and then add chicken, cook until white. Add peppers and onions, cook until they are softer. Add sauce and pineapple, including all of the juice. Simmer until all is fully cooked.
Pour over bed of rice, garnish with crunchy Chinese noodles and enjoy! (4 servings)
