Okay, okay! I admit it! I LOVE soup! I mean seriously LOVE it! I blame my mom! It’s her fault! She used to make make my poor dad drive all over to find homemade soup. On our summer road trips across the country he’d get on the CB radio (remember those?) and ask truckers where there was good home cookin’ and homemade soup. Like mother, like daughter! I’ll go anywhere for good soup! I just had some amazing lobster bisque at the Lake Street Cafe in Elkhart Lake. It was topped with sour cream and chopped parsley and was just lick the bowl yummy! Can’t wait to go back for another bowl! Worth the drive for sure!
