Ingredients:
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
3 to 4 graham crackers, broken into pieces
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, divided
2 Hershey’s chocolate bars, chopped into small pieces
Directions:
Spoon half of the softened ice cream into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle ice cream with graham cracker pieces, chopped chocolate, and half cup mini marshmallows. Push toppings down a bit into ice cream. Spoon another layer of ice cream on top of toppings. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, remove pie, uncover, sprinkle remaining mini marshmallows on top. Broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
