Seafood Cheese Ball

Seafood CheeseballIngredients:
2 blocks (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons Old Bay seafood seasoning
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 can (6 ounces) lump crabmeat, drained well
1 cup cooked, chopped shrimp
1/2 cup diced scallions
1/2 cup finely diced celery
3/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh chopped flat leaf parsley

Directions:
Use a mixer to beat together cream cheese, Old Bay and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. By hand mix in crab, shrimp, celery, and scallions. Form mixture into a ball, place on a plate, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least a few hours until firm. In a bowl mix together chili sauce, horseradish and lemon juice. Spoon the sauce over cheese ball right before serving and top with chopped parsley.
