I want to make this for an after church dinner. Have you ever doubled the recipe? I have a large crock pot and I am a new crock pot cooker. Do you ever add any other ingredients for a change?

    1. Amy Hanten says:

Hi Susan. I love this recipe! It’s a great way to use leftover ham! I haven’t doubled it but I see no reason why you couldn’t. I don’t think you should need to add anything. Just double the recipe. Please let me know how it turns out. Thanks! -Amy
