Teriyaki Beef Kabobs

1 lb. sirloin beef cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 to 2  zucchini, sliced into 1 inch pieces
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 red pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces
metal or wooden skewers
1 cup thick teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Prepare charcoal grill. Assemble kabobs on skewers alternately threading sirloin, red pepper, pineapple and zucchini. Place kabobs on grill turning often until sirloin is desired doneness. Baste last 5 minutes on all sides with teriyaki sauce.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like before serving.  Great served over hot cooked rice or couscous!
