Ribs on a Stick with a Quick Barbeque Sauce
2 racks of ribs on a stick
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Homemade BBQ sauce or your favorite bottled BBQ sauce
Season ribs with a little salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Grill ribs for about 8 to 10 minutes each side. Brush ribs on a stick with BBQ sauce the last 5 minutes of grilling. Ribs are done when they reach internal temperature of 145 degrees. Cut in between the sticks and serve.
For a quick, homemade BBQ sauce heat together in a saucepan 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Stir until combined. Brush over ribs while grilling.
