Chocolate Covered Frozen Bananas

Ingredients:
6 to 8 bananas
1 bag milk or semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
Popsicle sticks
Chopped peanuts or jimmies

Directions:
Peel some bananas and insert a stick. Put the bananas in the freezer and the let them freeze completely. After the bananas are completely frozen, carefully melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Add the vegetable oil and mix completely. The oil thins out the chocolate and helps it set up. Dip the banana in chocolate. Sprinkle with nuts or jimmies and put them back in the freezer to set completely. Once they are frozen solid, they are ready for eating.
